[10:28am] today is now day 2 since i started using this as an outlet of talking about my life and getting away from social media. it's nice. quiet, but very nice. thought of adding a comment box on here but idk how to do it with zonelets and i really dont wanna potentially have to fork money to use it. so for now until i have the motivation to work on the site more to my liking, it will just have to be the way it is in its current state. anyways, it is my bestie and i's anniversary today. we might end up not going out because of timing but we're still gonna take us out to famous dave's sometime next week which is good as i get paid at that moment. i painted my nails sometime last night which is awesomesauce. don't know what i'm probably gonna do today as it's probably gonna be me for the next day or so since it's the day my best friend sean's going over to her gf's place for the night.
living with her has been kind of hard the past couple days but i'm giving myself atleast a few months before i consider leaving sooner than i was thinking. as if i do it early (as in now), the band will be back to square one once again, i'm most likely gonna have to leave a bunch of things behind (even if i know sean and her parents are more than willing to help with sending the stuff out), and will have to leave my arizona friends behind. i know i can come visit anytime but i know it'll probably take forever for me to do. i already haven't kept my promise of visiting my parents ever since i moved from indiana to here. i was hoping her mom was at home so i could do some grocery shopping but i didn't see her car, so most likely she's working right now which sucks because i REALLY don't wanna have to spend money on food for myself again. money in general for me has been a little tight as of late.

[4:44pm] not gonna lie i have been doing nothing but listening to music all day. i did do a tiny bit of makeup but it's just to fill in my semi-recently shaven eyebrows. reason why i did it is it got to a point when i was shaving them they were lopsided and uneven so i just kind of did it on a whim. it's kind of crazy how much they've filled in the past week or so when i did it already. i should probably start organizing the room a little bit and do some self-care. especially with the past couple of days, i think i deserve it.
[9:20pm] got some good guitar practice down, although soon i need to start practicing our own material soon as the first day of may is tomorrow. thinking of watching a movie but i dont know if i should move some stuff around our room a little. time will tell i suppose.
album listens
album #1: i was always sort of a fan of madonna but this album really surprised me as it takes a lot of cues from a lot of trance, downtempo, and trip hop in some instances. "skin" quite honestly feels like it could be on some random obscure late 90s acid trance record. crazy psychedelic, super eclectic, just a generally super fun record to hear.
album #2: totally forgot i was listening to this album a couple days ago but never finished it, but ct57 - road to nowhere was just something i randomly stumbled upon while rummaging through rym's vapor/vaporwave charts and it's apparently the #1 broken transmission/signalwave record as i am typing this out right now. it reminds me of driving late at night as a truck driver trying to stay awake along the journey. always a fan of the commercials that play throughout most signalwave records. i will say 3 hours of this stuff as much as i do enjoy it really takes away from my overall enjoyment. i like the overall concept rather than the execution of it.
album #3: so apparently this is made by some members of well known power electronics group sutcliffe jügend and this is them making a noise rock post-punk kind of record. been meaning to check em out for a long while but the one i've been wanting to hear is like 4 or so hours long and i have no idea if i will like it lol. not as great as i was hoping from the genre tags that are put on it but i can see why some people enjoy it though.
